Infinite flight not opening

Hi Infinite Flight Support,

I was getting “Can’t connect to server – Error Code 7” on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy M35, Android 15 even though it worked on another phone on the same network.

I’ve tried:

  • Reinstalling the app
  • Using a new Google account
  • VPN and mobile hotspot
  • Changing DNS (Google & Cloudflare)
  • Clearing cache/data
  • Manually logging in

Now the app no longer shows Error 7, but gets stuck on the loading screen forever. I’ve waited over 5 minutes but it won’t proceed.

My Infinite Flight account is: yoam4228
Device: Samsung Galaxy M35
Android Version: Android 15

Please help me resolve this — I can’t access my account from this phone.

Yes I have this problem. Out of curiosity, when did it stop working? Did you change anything? Because I didn’t and it magically stoped working like 60 hours ago. I would say that this isnt an issue of a device or network but possibly related to IF server overload(???).

Anyways, is there anything else I can try, because I tried everything Schyllberg told me and well, nothing is working.

I was having the same problem but today when i try to open it opened like normally in 2 minutes you can rmtry ressettig you wifi setting

You are saying it took 2 minutes to open? Thats surprising. Anyways I tried pretty much everything. I wrote my own report, you can check it out.

2 minuts as in was meant to say that ot opened normally as it would mostly i thniks its you wifi problem of must be device problem. Have tried ressetting the setting
