Infinite Flight Logs - Log your flight in Google/Excel Spreadsheet

Hi IF pilots,

Recently, I created a spreadsheet to log all my flights in Google Sheets.
I am happy to share it with you! You could save it to your Google Drive if you want.

Currently, the logs can record flight information including:

Log Headers
  1. Flight Date
  2. Flight No.
  3. Airline ICAO
  4. Aircraft ICAO
  5. Departure Airport
  6. ICAO
  7. Departure Airport

  9. Departure Airport Terminal - Gate
  10. Departure Airport Name
  11. Arrival Airport
  12. ICAO
  13. Arrival Airport
  14. IATA
  15. Arrival Airport Terminal - Gate
  16. Arrival Airport Name
  17. Scheduled Departure Time - ZULU
  18. (day/month/year hours:mins)

  44. Takeoff Runway
  45. SID
  46. Climb Speed Profile
  47. Cruise Altitudes
  48. Decent Speed Profile
  49. STAR
  50. APPROACH
  51. Landing Runway
  52. Distance (nms)
  53. Landing Speed - Rate
  54. FPL

Furthermore, there are two databases with a list of airports and time zones (on different sheet pages).

The log used many formulae to automatically load some information (airport name, timezone, etc.) or do calculations (fuel usage, time length, etc.). The automation features in the spreadsheet include

Automation Features
  1. Load airport-based info with timezone by searching the ICAO code.
  2. Calculate the local time of the departure/arrival airports based on their ZULU times and time zones.
  3. Calculate the scheduled and actual arrival ZULU time by entering the scheduled and actual departure times and flight times.
  4. Automatic fuel usage calculation by entering the fuels at start and end.
  5. Automatically calculate the timezone and daylight saving time

Please note that: you only need to fill in the blue areas in the spreadsheet.
Flight ID 0 is an example to instruct the use of the logs; you can remove that rows if you do not need it.

Please feel free to save it in your Google Drive. The link is below:

Feel free to modify the spreadsheet based on your personal needs

The current version is 1.0. I am trying to improve the logs to be more intelligent and automatic.

If you found any bugs/issues or have any good ideas about logs (including automation, flight details, and more), please feel free to PM me or leave comments below.

Enjoy your flights!

This is great. Is ID1 an example and all these sheets are our own?

Yes, ID 1 is an example to show you how I did for logging the flight.
You may clear/remove that example if you think you do not need it.

The rest of the rows is the area for your logging your flight.
Just a reminder, you need to save this sheet in your Google Drive for use as this sheet is read-only.

By the way, I just changed the example log to ID 0; you can delete that rows if you do not need the example.

@Generic_Flyer Did you solve it? If not, please PM me, and I can help you.

I have solved it. Again, this is very nice! It takes very long to do this on your own. I will use it everytime
