I see that you are in flight and you are going to San Francisco, this error may only happen to you on that flight, if it continues to happen to you I recommend you restart the wifi modem

A few days ago, someone reported the same issue as you are experiencing.
It was solved by an app reinstall. However by doing so you will lose all of your replay files.
How should I do this
The app is giving alot of issues and problems I think infinite flight needs to update and do a HotFix

You need to uninstall the app in your app store. And install it again.
And if the problem persists you will need to contact support by email.

Yes we really need to understand this situation because Internet connection good and stable but unknown planes showing only on your map, I think something happens to the servers for some flyers hopefully its fixed soon for everyone having these type of problems to have a smooth and good experience

Same problem. The only issue I had was I see the planes on radar but I don’t see them in the game Infront of me. Even when my plane count is on High.
What iOS are you using?
It’s an Android Samsung S20. I took a few screen shots. Today I was able to fly to SAT - PHX - SAT and SAT - MIA - SAT and I was able to see several planes but even though at least 2 or 3 would wound up not showing itself even if they are parked right next to me. It’s not a big deal but I’m just letting you lads know that he’s not the only one. Also the same with the F18 that escorted me he didn’t load right until he showed up on my left wing area.
I think this is an issue on the radar that support is working on since some people have been experiencing it in a couple of posts.
