In where I live in Southern China in Guangzhou, I somehow can’t fly on IF even with VPN enabled but I can still access IFC. So idk why I can’t run IF. Perhaps it’s downloaded from the US App Store but I feel like that isn’t right so can anyone please help me out?

For some reason, this only applies to my iPad. My phone could be different, not sure why
