Infinite flight grade 3?

I was looking at my stats and it looks like I should be in the next grade in infinite flight

You can’t yet because you have 6 level 2/3 violations in the last 365 days. Bottom row.

Adding onto what Trio said; when it’s been 365 days since you received the first of the six Level 2/3 violations, you will be back to Grade 3.

In the meantime, I suggest you take a good look at the IF Flying Guide/ATC Guide, to avoid future violations. :)

What has been said above by Trio and Emil is correct. I remember I told you when you are regaining access to it in the appeal message you created. No problem, though! In case you have missed it, and would like to know when you are coming back to the Expert Server, the date is this one: 2025-04-29T22:30:00Z.

As mentioned above, reviewing the user guides and various tutorials you can find in this forum will help you to avoid receiving other Level 2/3 violations when flying on the ES :)

And just to clarify even further on to what the others have said already.
This being orange means that it’s the one (could be others too) parameter that is holding you back from reaching that grade.
