If you are in android you can do it, and on apple!

Yes, you can download Discourse Hub on Apple (which I’m on right now), and add the IFC to the Forum section.

Yes you can do it on Apple. Just press the share button on the top right of the screen and scroll down to “add to home screen” and your good to go or you can download the DiscourseHub app.

This technically isn’t an app, it’s a Safari extension/shortcut.

But it looks like an app. The DiscourseHub app is also just and extension of a browser.

Looks like an app to me 🤔

What I’m saying is, when you click on the Safari shortcut, it takes you to the IFC website, but the Discourse Hub app is a separate application which does not take you directly to a browser.

But it’s got the browser built into it.

This basically tells me it’s using a modified version of the browser that they have built into the app.

No, that’s how they give you access to your site more quickly.

If it was a modified version of a browser, it would have a function which would allow you to browse the web instead of connect to a specific site.

A web browser, or simply “browser,” is an application used to access and view websites.

From this site

If I misunderstood this, here’s my explanation:

Discourse Hub is an application which allows you to access specific sites without viewing them from a web browser. In the case of the Infinite Flight Community, Safari is used to allow Discourse Hub to connect to the forum more easily.

Here’s the link for the Apple folks:

What I’m trying to say is it’s a locked down edited version of a browser. I’m just going to leave it here.
