The IFEA is a group for creation of IF events and interaction between IF players in an easier way than going on IF Forum and starting an discussion. If you want, create your event and put in here, talk with each other and organise all.

I created it on telegram 'cause its easier (for me) talk in a telegram group. But if more people join to it, it’s better to the whole community.
Yeah, not sure a group where there would be limited people would be easier to create events considering only a few people would be able to see the events.
If you want to create a VO though, you will need to apply with the IFVARB.
