You have people complaining about paying a few bucks for an airplane, what do you think is going to happen if they have to pay for a flight or gas to a conference. Then they will complain that everything at the conference should be free.
It would be cool though.
What about a virtual conference once or twice a year to just talk about the future? UStream something with chat moderators? Maybe it will cut down on the 300 posts speculating about if working windsocks and other items will ever make it in.

In most cases it the individual person or their parent’s faults that they didn’t go to school or decide to get a job. I’s not may fault those people have no money.
If it’s somewhere that United flies to it’s ok with me. Just get the carry on and find a flight with seats and boom. That’s it. also just have money for just incases then I leave find the next flight back maybe that same day or stayover night and boom done.
I have enough money to fly somewhere independently. I don’t need to borrow money. Ill throw myself onto a JBU flight out of JFK to wherever this is for a day.
It’ll probably be near you anyway. @Laura said that if they had it, it would be in California lol.

But still would fly because if it would it would be in San Fran but also in places like LA if it were to happen in the west coast area. But there has to be an audience and some people may not want to buy a ticket to come down to the convention. so this would be a very unlikely thing for IF to have a convention. And like you said it would most likely be in the West Coast since she said and also they work there to. But in Norcal which.
I vote for hiring an A380 on a “limited available seat” convention in the sky. You wouldn’t have to go anywhere except the airport, where you would board the convention as it flies around the world.

What do you think they do at MineCon? There’s like 500 people and most of them are under 14 years old.
Well where ever they might hold one is going to cost me near on 5K or more to get to it, so t may as well be 50 😔
One convention in that A380, and a few days later IF gets shut down due to bankruptcy 😜

Probably a million dollars for the flight, FDS can probably afford that, but it will take away form development pace.
I highly doubt that FDS is a million dollar company. We would’ve had tons of new features by now.
