I am using infinite flight from 2weeks and was using befor but got live a week ago so my problem is that it keeps crsahing fter some time on training server while im atc or a flight in any aircraft to specify:-
Ipod5g 16 gb ios 9.3.5 4.5 gb space left all if settings on low genuinely purchased app+live bought 777-300er as addon

Maybe update your iOS. And if that doesn’t work power your device down, and if that doesn’t work delete and reinstall infinite flight.

Yeah I would recommend updating your IOS that could potentially help

Update your iOS and it is strongly recommended that you close all of your background apps.

Hi and welcome , Did you tried to restart your dévide or delete and then reinstall infinite flight , if it’s doesn’t work try to update to the last version of IOS using iTunes if it’s possible or normal update as you know . . ?

Do you play on SoCal?? That would be the problem then… 100+ flights rendering and stuff… In a region like Carolinas or Australia (other free regions) you might not have as big of an issue (20 flights on a good day)

Try other regions and see if you are still having an issue

Hope that this helps!

A internal problem could be a role. Try closing all other applications then run Infinite Flight.

The iPod 5G is a very old device just like my iPad 2. Older generation devices doesn’t run Infinite Flight very well and if you plan to fly Global, you need to get a newer generation device. Check this list to see which device is compatible with Global: Graphics Processors

For now, restart your device and keep it fresh, close all apps running in the background, lower all your settings, and fly in regions that has less than 100 people. If Infinite Flight still crashes, well sorry to say but you really need to save some money and buy a newer Apple device. This is the best way to prevent IF from crashing.

I hope this helps :)

For those of you who are wondering, iPod 5G cannot update to iOS 10 just like my iPad 2 :P

So, updating to the next iOS wouldn’t be helpful in this situation. However, IF still supports iOS 9 ;)

Thank you for contacting support! First, don’t panic. We want to help you have the best experience possible. Most issues like slow performance, “lagging”, or crashes are minor and easily resolved. Below are some basic steps taken that may help resolve the issue:

  • Keep as much unused internal device memory available. 1GB is the recommended amount.
  • Always close other apps before opening Infinite Flight.
  • Keep your device fresh by completely restarting device power occasionally.
  • Disable active add or message blocking apps.
  • Don’t install unapproved apps.
  • Don’t modify, “Root”, or “Jailbreak” your device.
  • Don’t install IAP unlocking apps like Freedom or LuckyPatcher. They won’t work and can cause problems that aren’t supported.
  • Use a strong WiFi network within a relatively close proximity to your device.
  • Unplug your modem and WiFi router for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in if online “lag” occurs.
  • Disable Anti-Aliasing
  • Lower “Show aircraft count live” setting.
  • Lower Aircraft or Water graphics setting.

If you try everything above and still have trouble, check to make sure you have the latest firmware update available for device installed. Lastly, we recommend you delete the app, restart device power, then sign into the same account used to purchase the app originally to reinstall.

As a final resort, reset the device to factory settings. Be sure to back up all important data on your device first.

If you still need help or have questions, reply with a brief description of the problem. Include reproducible scenario steps and also device make, model, and current operating system version. Screenshots are welcome so we can better assist you and get you back in the air!

Kind Regards, Sebastian.
