Ok, Will Do That
Sorry To Inform you that The Error Persists Is there anything else I can try?
Is Anybody Online To Help Me Resolve the Problem?
We’re trying but we have no issues doing this on an iPad Air 2 we tried on so this seems to be something specific with your device.
Can you open anything else from the app? Like if you go to the Sidebar menu in the app and then try to open the 24.3 announcement post (scroll down a bit). Does it open up?
It opens the Events Like YouTube, But not the Sign In Page
Scroll down in that list of things until you see something with the tag “Blog”. Does that open?
Yes, The Blog Is Opening
Could you try clearing Safari’s history and website data?
When done, open Safari and login in to the IFC.
After that please see if you’re able to authorize in the app.
You should be getting this message after tapping “Sign in with Infinite Flight”:
After tapping “Continue”, you should get this screen:
Tried it but, After Clearing the Data, It is still not opening the login pop up
Can you check one last thing?
On your iPad:
Go to Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Is anything enabled there?
Content and Privacy Restrictions is Disabled
There is nothing enabled
I’m having the same issue. Although I don’t have the same iCloud account as the iPad. Maybe that’s the problem?
Like he said it could be a problem with his device because I just tried it on my ipad and it works perfectly.
