My advice is to contact support@infiniteflight.com and have your issue resolved. :)I had the same situation but I solved it this way.
Could you please reboot the device.
Make sure you have the latest version of the app, which is 24.3.5, and try again?
I Reinstalled the Game itself
The problem Persists :(
Let Me see if there will be a different Way to fix it,

I Just Installed on My iPad, I Have it in my S21 Ultra With No Issues.
You cannot connect the account you opened via Android (Play Store) to iPad (App Store). You may need to open a new account via App Store.However, as I said, you can contact Infinite Flight Support.
Well Its not letting me do anything even not letting me to Sign in to a new account

Could it be normal that the Sign In button does not work because there is no PRO Membership through the App Store?
It Is in the Latest Version 24.3.5
And I am Not Using VPN
It works Perfectly on My iPhone 15 Pro And I Purchased a Pro Membership through The iPhone
Really interesting. Make sure your App Store account on iPad and App Store account on iPhone 15 are the same accounts.
Are you using 18.01 on your iPad by any chance?
