Do you have to download the actual game X-Plane. I keep on getting errors regarding resources folder

Is this airport unfinished? The exits don’t link the taxiway and some taxiway lines are missing.

the runway is closed so it isn’t added, (and there are no lines)

Adding onto GBKarp it is as close as real world imagery allows.
