A wonderful update! And I have not tried the mission yet… The CL350 is a great aircraft to fly! Thanks to all involved in making this SIM fly so high!

Sorry to be negative but is there any update on new lighting, clouds, graphics, sounds etc.
We keep being given gimmicky new features but the actual baseline flying experience has remained the same for years and is simply not immersive enough.
Imo the new challenger breaks no new ground. (A side note - the angle of attack also seems too flat)
When are we going to get an experience similar to Aerofly? Granted, Aerofly falls down in other areas but the flying experience is more realistic and aircraft graphics far better.

This is certainly a valid point! However, these updates have been bringing behind-the-scenes work (such as with 23.1 which brought server upgrades) that would allow for updates to the environment to occur in the future. For example, you may have heard of the Project Metal which is an ongoing program where InfiniteFlight is undergoing to bring the code up to date, paving way for better lighting. If such features were added now, they could possibly be too glitchy and not future-proof, which would cause more issues for users that they would solve. That being said, make sure to keep your eyes peeled, as I’m sure we could expect some interesting developments down the road!

Features won’t come in hotfixes. Hotfixes are for bug fixing.
The Lauda A320 will come in a future update.

Autocorrect and airline names are so annoying. “KLM” becomes “king,” and don’t even get me started on trying to type “Lufthansa.” I have to fight with autocorrect to get it to recognize it as a real word.

can any IFATC controller use taxi instructions (Taxi via …)? and is at all airports?

No only IFATC members who are either beta testers or part of the airport editing team can issue the advanced taxi instructions.

Congratulations on a much anticipated update. I fly mostly GA in IF. (But I also fly them all.) Based on my age and the amount of time that it has taken between new and/or and reworked GA aircraft, this could very well be the last time that I am really excited about an IF release.
No complaints from me…Missions have already taken up the bulk of my flight time since the arrival last week, and I have only flown the Challenger once. Sometimes the unexpected grabs you.
If we ever get a twin turbo, I will never complain again.
