usually an update comes to the android device a little earlier, you don’t have to wait much, most likely it will appear within an hour

Yep, to recap:
Android is rolling out now, iOS will come later today once the Android rollout is complete and without issues
This is to minimise the chances of rolling out an update with critical bugs :)

The staff made no comment on this, just the fact that they will eventually come at some point. Given that a handful have already made it into the game, I would assume that it won’t be long until these are added, though this is purely speculation and guesswork.
Perhaps a member of staff could clarify why these selections were made as we would not know otherwise.
