Director - HR and recruitment :
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for recruiting new pilots into the VA. Everything that relates with the comfort of the pilots is what the HR understands well.

Executive director:
They are responsible for day to day operation of the Virtual Airline and ensuring it all sails smooth, adapting to all the changes necessary for the growth of the VA. They are more “boots on the ground” than the CEO but still play a very large part in the major decisions, regarding the operations of said Virtual Airline.

Excutive staff:
Supervise & organize all daily operations of the VA and run everything behind the scenes.

Head of IT:
Capable of managing discord bots and accordingly manage airtable statistics.
The Head of IT Is responsible for database of routes and pilot info which will be needed to be integrated using bots to the discord servers to retrieve information and give pilots an easy time finding and filing pireps.

Media manager:
Will be needed for posting and uploading the wondrous colors of the virtual airline that we are and partner with. He will be responsible to handle everything that socially promotes the VA!
