Incorrect Procedures shown at LFPO

I was on Expert Server this morning looking to do a flight out of LFPO and noticed the runway headings on the departure procedures list don’t match the runway headings shown on the map; the procedures list shows Runway 07 but there is no Runway 07 at LFPO.

I created this topic just to see if this is a known problem or just a mistake (we all make mistakes sometimes!)

Kudos to the airport editors for doing such a great job anyway!

It’s probably for runway 8 as the true heading of rwy 8 is 74 degrees, like how 26 is the runway, but 25 is shown in the procs list.

The airport editors don’t input the STARs. This is provided by Navblue, which is a very accurate source.

This issue affects other airports as well. Just go with the runway closest to the procedure.

Runway numbers change over time. The airports need to be edited for runway numbers to change, where as procedures can be bulk updated.

As mentioned the procedures where not edited by IFAET, they came from a commercial source.
To fit the procedures the runway numbers used when we edit need to be the same as in proceedings, how ever they are by magnetic heading wich changes over time. Due to this we have to adept the runway numbers over time, and we do that when ever we get aware of this. In addition we edit the Localizer and Glideslope, this has although to fit with runway numbers.

But in case of LFPO all that was not the case. At LFPO they did some major reconstruction, including adding new (ILS-) approaches and Arrivals. Those work is finished in real world, but not reflected in satellite images yet (not completely). We will have to wait a bit for this to be edit able for us, but I will open a issue in our tracker so that it will be taken care of.

Thanks for mentioning.
