Dear Support Team, I recently completed a flight in Infinite Flight from KATL to EGLL, but the recorded flight time is significantly shorter than the actual duration. It shows roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes instead of over 10 hours. I was flying Delta with the callsign Delta 027 using a Boeing 777-200LR. Could you please investigate and correct this in my logbook?

One thing that really could make or break this. Was this using AP+? If so, it could be for a multitude of different reasons.
Yeah it’s AP+ and AP+ not counted also
I have to use AP+ because I’m in work I can’t keep my phone open during work in break I do flight after AP+ is on after last checks altitude, speed, AP, Navigation and etc I close the app
Yes this has happened to many people before and we’re not 100% sure why it is happening. The good thing is that it is not a frequent issue and happens only once in a while to most people but I would suggest for now is just keep documenting when it does happen, but there is really not much that you can do. Moderation will not go back and add flight time to your logbook just because AP+ didn’t work, unfortunately. Hope this helps!
