I used Invites nearly one year back when trying to get support for my feature requests, but now I’m starting to wonder if that is the right thing to do as I have never seen another person invite me which sends me to the conclusion that it’s rarely used. I already know that we can use it for bringing other people to PMs and inviting for events, but is there any other proper use for it?
I use it a lot when bothering @SkyHighGuys about Frontier related stuff…
Theres not really a proper way to use it
Whatever you want to use it for - Just don’t spam someone
Yea, kinda like how I invite @Balloonchaser all the time to topics… he must get some mad at me 😂
Wait you can invite people to topics? How did I not know this?!
Also curious if there is a way to have certain users edit a post (besides wiki).
I just invited you to this topic. It’s at the bottom of the screen
I see it now. I just must have missed it earlier. I feel dumb now. lol
@RedBulbBlueBlood9911 and @Evan ^^^
And now @KyleBoas has been invited.
Now does anyone know if this is possible?
Hmm, who else should we invite? 😈😂
Well, just don’t go about inviting everyone and showing off your newly found abilities the way my Bio teacher does.
Oh I won’t. I just know Trio won’t care.
But yes. In all seriousness, you can’t really have a right or wrong time to invite people. You do have to be TL2 (Member) or higher to invite.
As you can see, Balloon clearly gets more messages then I do 🤣
I never knew that. I would never use that.
I’ve been trying to invite people to this thread, only to find they have all already been invited 😂
Very interesting!
Ive now invited @Freakish_Gamer
This is going to be a lot of fun.
Perhaps move this to #test?
- Defunct category.
- Why does this require testing in the first place?
A general question is being asked here and it’s been answered. Don’t think it’s appropriate to start inviting people, randoms or not, to this topic.
I think this has gone on long enough, we also have the answer to the question
@DeerCrusher I think we can close it, no?
