In Flight operations not working

Hello!

I downloaded the app IFO a couple of days before 20.3 got updated. It was working fine before but when I downloaded 20.3 it just flat out wasn’t working. I tried re-installing IF and IFO, I tried putting my iPad on the latest software but even then it won’t work. Could someone help

Did you do the most important part, making sure that Infinite Flight Connect is enabled in Infinite Flight settings?
