After seeing the recent complaints (which I agree with) about the behavior of certain pilots on the Expert Server, I came up with the idea of introducing an in-flight feedback system.
What would this look like ?
If, during a flight on the Expert Server, you notice someone flying in a way that does not respect expert server procedures, you could open the map, click on the aircraft icon, and a “Give Feedback” button would appear.
For example: imagine that I am at KLAX. A Delta flight (Delta XXX) announces “taking off runway whatever, remaining in the pattern”, but then departs the airspace after take off instead of actually flying the pattern. Since I am always willing to help pilots improve, I would open the map, click on that aircraft, and select the feedback button. I would then write a short message explaining the issue. In this case, I might explain that the “remaining in the pattern” command should only be used when the pilot intends to take off, fly the traffic pattern, and then land or perform a touch-and-go.
After writing the feedback, I would press send. At the end of the Delta XXX flight, perhaps in the flight debrief thing introduced in the Beta, the pilot would receive this feedback and understand what they did wrong.
Side notes :
Moderation : This system could include somethings to prevent miss-use, like a limit on the number of messages sent per flight or a moderation system (or something like a selection menu (like the ATC coms one) but this would mean for the staff team to list all the issues possible). And miss-use could result in a violation or you could forbid someone to use the system. OR (yes I know I have plenty of ideas to prevent my thing from getting a hell 
) it could be a Grade 4+ feature. So newbies from grade 3 who arrived on ES 2 days ago don’t abuse this.
Training server : Maybe it could also be possible in the training server but only the Grade 3+ members (who can therefore access the expert server) could give feedbacks.
