So I bought two aircraft today (737-800 and 777-200ER)
Then I went to do something and locked my tablet but when I came back they were gone!!! Please help!!!
Have you checked your connection?
When that’s not the issue, try “Restore Purchases” and see if that helps.
If not, log out, restart the device and login again.

Have you finished downloading it? If not, you can try to re-downloading it or you can try like what @Jan_Polet said :)

Did you get the receipt for it via email? If not that probably means it didn’t take your money and you can do it again.

Maybe you have an app that switches of WiFi or Data when you lock your screen and your purchase was not complete?
Restart Infinite Flight and login again.

No the receipt comes 24H after purchasing
If it comes though, then you bought it, if it doesn’t come then buy it again, as it didn’t take money from you

Try restore purchases. Also try signing out and sighning back in. If that doesn’t work restart it
