I have bought IF pro and it says I didn’t buy the subscription

Hi,
Could you try the steps below and see if that works

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”

@AV_FLYER Can you send us a screenshot to show exactly what do you mean?

I tried it didn’t work

We are going to need information such as:

  • Device

  • Operating System

  • Infinite Flight Model


And as @Kuba_Jaroszczyk said above, a screenshot would help a lot ;)
