Improved Voice Choices

Good day all Pilots.

Have you been playing Infinite Flight for a while and realize that each voice sound is getting either very pixelated or distorted and could use a refresh?

I would like to request a new feature of different voice options with various accents. I would believe there to be numerous text to speech engines with the ability to change pitch and speed with real sounding voices.

The only American voice I have now is Tom, which if you have never heard it before, is the same voice that is used for CVS automated phone system.

I used to use Lee-AU but now that has meshed with Karen.

There is a voice on my iPad that I would love to use, but it does not register in the voice selection.

I know all of the Features are requests for aircraft or liveries, but this is quite important and can make things a bit more realistic with better sounding voices, pitches, and speeds, as they relate to different countries.

Simply approved this to offer an explanation:

We have zero control over this. We can limit which voices that are to be used and this is something we have needed to do in the past for various reason, but it is currently not something we do. All voices that can be used by the app in accordance to what the system allows us, are available (given that they’re downloaded.)

The voices presented in the app, are the ones that the app detects as downloaded and allowed for us to use by the text-to-speech service (Siri, Google TTS etc). Unfortunately we can’t change this but it’s up to Apple / Google.
