I'm not able to change my in game VA tag

I’m not able to change my in game VA tag as I have tried to change it to INVA but it is fixed on AKVA ! Please help

Restart your app and see if it works

Did you press “save changes” at the bottom after changing?

Yeah ! I did it multiple times but still it’s not changing !

yo i had the same prob once, try this, go into your profile settings > virtual airline section and fully leave the current VA (AKVA), then restart the game or reload your sim profile. after that, try setting the tag to INVA again. some games cache the old tag unless u fully disconnect first. hope it works

Please try to save changes, and if issue still persists please create a topic in Support

And if you change your VA Tag in while flying it will not be saved you will need to disconnect then try again

I tried what you said, but it’s still not working. I don’t know what’s wrong with my IF.

I just tested it with two devices. One for my own flight and one with an other user checking my info.
After changing the Virtual Organization in my community profile, and restarting the app on both devices, the tag was changed without issues.

Where are you looking exactly?
It seems you don’t have an active subscription at the moment, which is needed to access the multiplayer servers.

Yeah , I am not able to see in game change I don’t know why . And I do have active subscription as I am to access multiplayer with other players too .

After restarting the app on both devices, the tag changed.

Spawning with one VO tag, and respawning after you changed the VO doesn’t always change the tag others see.
After restarting the app the other account was using, it also saw the correct tag.

There’s no active subscription found on your linked account.
Maybe you linked a blank one?

That is not the account that was linked.
That’s why it’s not working.
I’ve unlinked it now.
Please link your community forum account from the app.

It turns out you are using two accounts.

  • prathmesh_shinde
  • prathmesh_shinde1

The first one is the one you’re using here (at the moment).
The second one is the one you’re not using here (at the moment) and the one you actually linked your sub to.

You can only have one account, so you need to choose.
