I need help with a serious issue involving my account. I have been using Infinite Flight for approximately 7 years, and I had an old account with a lot of progress and history.
Recently, when I tried to log back into the game, I noticed that my old account had disappeared. When I tried to create a new account using the same email address, the game created a completely new account, as if I were a brand-new player, with none of my previous progress, history, or account data.
I would like to know if it is possible to recover my old account and restore all of the progress associated with it.
The old account had approximately 7 years of activity, so I believe there may still be records of it on your servers that could help locate and restore my account.
I can provide additional information to verify that the account belongs to me, such as:
- The email address previously used on the account;
- My old username/callsign;
- Information about the account;
- Purchase receipts, if necessary;
- Any other information that may help identify the account.
Could you please check whether my old account still exists on your servers and whether it can be restored?
