I’ve never really had problems with IFATC, until now. I waited for almost 30 mins on the ground at LAX for a pushback clearance, after repeated pushback requests I got no response, people who requested for pushback after me received their clearances before I did. After this I just gave up, this has never happened to me before.

I would personally recommend contacting the given controller via Dm to discuss the issue that way it could be distributed easier, as well as sometimes controllers might be distracted by the real life whiling controlling hopefully this mishap gets resolved in your future flights!!!
