Hi everyone, my name is Clement and I am from iFlysimx, the Founder of iFly Schedules.
I wanted to introduce Career Mode on iFly Schedules to the Infinite Flight community, and also gauge some interest on something I’ve recently been asked about.
Career Mode is basically a full pilot career sim layered on top of your normal flying. You start out as a First Officer at a smaller airline — with over 90 airlines to choose from across four tiers — earn hours, get paid weekly, and gradually work your way up to the more prestigious carriers. It takes time, just like a real career would.
Along the way there’s a lot to keep you busy — type ratings to unlock, contracts to negotiate, promotions to chase, and even things like standby duty, ferry flights, and fatigue management. It’s the kind of thing that makes you actually care about where you fly and how you fly, rather than just picking random routes.
Career Mode is just one part of what iFly Schedules offers — here’s a quick look at everything on the platform:
Free Flight — Schedule generation, route finding, live tracking & more
Career Mode — Full pilot career progression
Tools — Calendar, Gate Display, Ground Services, and iFly IFE (In-Flight Entertainment)
Can I use it with Infinite Flight right now?
Yes! Even without a direct integration, Career Mode works with IF today — you just submit your flights manually after completing them. Nothing stopping you from jumping in right now.
Here’s where I need your input ![]()
I’ve recently been asked about building a full native integration with Infinite Flight — automatic flight logging, live sync, the works. Before I commit to that, I wanted to come here first and get a feel for how much interest there actually is from the IF community.
Would you use Career Mode if it was natively integrated with Infinite Flight? Even a simple reply helps — the more interest there is, the higher it goes on my priority list!
You can check out the full guide at Career Guide if you want to dive into the details.
