There are no grade restrictions to joining, everyone is Welcome! However, we do ask that you keep your upmost professionalism when flying.
Why havent I been accepted yet?
We aim to check for and process for new applications at least once a week. If you have waited longer than that, please send a PM to one of the above staff members.

Instructions to Apply for Club Membership
Detailed IFGAC Membership, Crew Center, and Discord Server Application Procedure —
-
Look up your Infinite Flight pilot grade and your value for violations-to-landings ratio on the Infinite Flight app. To do this, open Infinite Flight, log in if needed, tap your user name on the top right corner of the home screen, tap the “View Stats” button, make note of your “Grade” number and your “Level 1 Violations/Landings (12Months)” ratio values.
-
Visit the IFGAC crew center web site and submit an application. You can jump to the site using the “Apply” button below the instructions, or enter http://ifgac.ifcrewcenter.com in the address bar of your favorite browser.
-
The IFGAC crew center website should open showing the login page. If needed (usually when using a small format device like a smart phone), open the login page’s site menu by tapping the three-bar menu button.
-
Choose the “Apply” option on the menu.
-
Fill in your information on the application form as follows –
-
“Name”: enter your Infinite Flight login name (your login name for the Infinite Flight app).
-
“Infinite Flight Community Profile URL”: enter
https://comunity.infiniteflight.com/u/your-IF-login-name
For example, if your IF login name is LowAndSlow, enter
-
“Email Address”: enter the address you would like us to use to contact you. This will serve as your login name in the Crew Center website.
-
“Callsign”: Enter your preferred call sign you will use when on general aviation flights.
-
“Violations to Landings Ratio”: enter the ratio from your IF user grade and stats page.
-

-
“Password”: enter the password you will use to log into the crew center site.

- Review the entries, then tap the “Apply” button. If none of your form entries were missing or formatted incorrectly, you will get a message saying
“Your application has been submitted! You will be contacted by a staff member in the coming weeks regarding the status of the application.”
If items are missing or formatted incorrectly, you will get a message indicating the issue, in which case make the needed corrections and retry the “Apply” button in the Crew Center website.
Once successfully submitted, and after a club staff member has accepted your application, you will receive an acceptance memo on IFC along with an “invite” to the club’s Discord server (where we post and communicate about club activities). This may take a few days to a week.
Thank you for your patience. Please contact one of the club staff members listed above if you have any questions or if you run into problems with the application process. Also, be sure to record the login credentials that you enter on the application form. These consist of your provided email address and the password.
