Why is my trust level stuck on TL1 and I can’t level up?
Most likely due to the fact that your public profile is hidden, so the system can’t grab your TL.
If you to go your preferences, then interface, and uncheck this box - it should fix your issue.

Done. Hope to fix or level up asap.
You’re already at a higher level → TL2 “Member”.
So the issue is most likely what @tunamkol mentioned.
