IFATC without Live?

Okay, I was wondering a question,

What happens when your a IFATC but you can’t get live every month or can’t afford Live+. Meaning you can only get live maybe once per 6 months… Does this mean your unable to qualify for IFATC since you will be limtied to how many days your participating?

There are activity requirements. Please speak to an ATC mod on how to deal with this.
