IFATC Trust level Issue

I’m currently trying to apply for IFATC, but every time I try, I receive this message:

“Your Infinite Flight Community account must be at least trust level 1 to join IFATC.”

However, I believe I am already Trust Level 1 (Basic User), but I’m still getting this error.

You might need to wait a few hours for the system to update.
