IFATC Joining Requirements

I was wondering how is it possible to get 500 ATC operations without being an ATC.
I want to be part IFATC but am confused on how to get 500 operations.

Hello, you can gain ATC operations by controlling on training server to gain 500 operations and qualify to apply for IFATC!

Thanks alot, I am still confised on how to access the ATC Role when in the main menu. Can you explain it please if possible

Sure, so when you are in the main screen, you should see this ATC option which is the last option to your right of the screen when you swipe left.

After that, you type the airport you want to control and select the frequencies like shown below.
