Already on approach and configured for landing and this happens…
Caused a missed approach and a go around in order to configure again
But makes out I’m in the wrong?

My guess is it could be a misclick on the ATIS? The outer runways are usually landing runways at LFPG, with the inner runways used for departures.

This could’ve been a misclick from the controller. Reach out to the controller next time this may happen no need to make it a bigger issue. We also make mistakes, you wouldn’t like people pointing out ur mistakes publicly just for a simple thing.
