For tomorrow’s big IFATC event, I will be opening up Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood international Airport! Known as the “Venice of America” due to it’s many canals, Fort Lauderdale is known as the yachting capital of the world. It’s also known for it’s beautiful, clean beaches and pristine waterfront. Fort Lauderdale is located 26 miles north of Miami and is the 10th biggest city in Florida


Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport


Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is located in Dania Beach, Florida, halfway between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. It is ranked 18th busiest in the nation, and is one of the world’s 50 busiest airports. It’s the biggest hub for Spirit Airlines while also heavily serving Southwest and JetBlue.

Airfield Info
FLL consists of 2 runways, runway 10L/28R and runway 10R/28L. The airport has 4 terminals.

Terminal 1

Terminal 1 has a total of 23 gates with 3 concourses (A, B, C). Concourses A and B has 7 gates each while Concourse C has 9 gates.

Airlines: Alaska Airlines, Allegiant, Copa Airlines, Southwest, United, and WestJet.

Terminal 2

Terminal 2 has one concourse (D) with 9 gates. This terminal is operated by Delta and Air Canada.

Terminal 3

Terminal 3 has a total of 20 gates and two concourses (E, F). Both concourses have 10 gates.

Airlines: American Airlines, Emirates, JetBlue, Norwegian, and Spirit

Terminal 4

Terminal 4 has one concourse (G) and 14 gates. This terminal is use predominately by Spirit.

Caribbean Airlines and Spirit Airlines also flies that route
One of my featured route is From MKJS to KFLL with Caribbean Airlines lol
So prolly expect some lol
