IFATC at Home - China 🇨🇳

(Shanghai, China)

Howdy! Leon here from Shanghai. As you all know, this Sunday is ATC choice day for IFATCs to open their home airports. I’m going to keep this topic brief and simple. We’re gonna open airports in China.

My connection with China

As some of you may know already, I’m not 100% Chinese. I’m only half Chinese. I was born back in France, and I immigrated to China with my family when I was 5. I’ve been here for more than 10 years, and truly, I’m impressed by the friendliness of Chinese people and the development within these years. I now speak fluent Chinese, and completely fall in love with this country. It has amazing scenery in the west part, and extraordinary cities in the east part. The city I live in, Shanghai, probably the best city here in China, has developed into its size with large population within 40 years. People can enjoy the busy metropolitan life here, along with all the entertainment and cool environment here. Pay a visit! You’ll not regret.

I’ve organized several Chinese IFATCs I know to open up airports in China. We’ll open major city airports along with some special airports with amazing scenery. Here goes the list and a direct link to the Wikipedia description.

Technically you can’t allow light aircrafts at ZBAA, so no Cessna 172 or so 🤔

NOTAM:No local flight between ZSSS and ZSPD

That’s traffic dependent Di
I say whether to allow them to ZSPD or not :)
