Very unlikely, however, if aircraft take off from very close locations then they are sometimes put at the very back of the queue, or denied entry as it is a form of pattern work. It’s very annoying to both controllers and pilots in the area that have flown for a good length to have someone jump right into the line and try to get expedited service.
With that said, 50 is somewhat of a low number for a FNF, if it were to hit 100+ then maybe you start getting holds and such. All it takes is a flash flight or two to make that hit triple digits.
