Edition 7 of the IF48 Series is here! This time we’re switching things up with a focus on General Aviation, often overshadowed by the big jets in Infinite Flight. It’s all about slowing things down, flying smaller aircraft, and enjoying scenic routes and short hops between smaller airports. To mix things up even further, this edition is split into two parts. Instead of one region, this event is split into two:
- Day One - First 24hrs: California
- Day Two - Final 24hrs: South Florida & The Bahamas

This event thread excludes suggested routes. This is due to the variety of GA aircraft, each with their own performance characteristics. To work out estimated flight times between featured airports we recommend using simbrief or a simple distance ÷ speed calculation! Remember to maintain ample distance with other aircraft.
We strongly encourage pilots to take part in the featured GA operations. However, for those who prefer other flying, nearby major hubs like KLAX, KSFO, and KMIA are available as unofficial secondary options.

This is an all-servers event, so no matter your grade, you’ll be able to spawn in and take part. However, the primary server for this event will be the Expert Server, where most of the traffic and ATC coverage will be focused.

- We encourage everyone to use the suggested aircraft & airlines listed above for each route.
- As always, expert server pilots are required to comply with IFATC and to follow ALL expert server rules. Failure to comply with ES rules will result in violations being issued.
- Delays are likely, especially during peak hours. Expert Server ATC might send arriving traffic into holding patterns to effectively manage high volumes of traffic.
