This is a continuation from Part 1 - which was close due to inactivity

American Airways

The last airline in the United States after buying American Airlines, Delta, United, Alaska, Southwest, etc.

Fleet:

  • 300 A380 Plus (900 seats, 3-5-3 economy class, 27 inches of pitch)
  • 100 777-8 (on order)
  • 150 777-9 (on order)
  • 250 A321XLRs
  • 20 737 MAX 10s (but they’re registered as 737-10s so they’re still flying because the FAA doesn’t know)
  • 1 CRJ-200
  • 1 A340-500

American Airways is based in Dallas/Fort Worth and Anchorage aiming for nonstop service to all seven continents.

The A340-500 is solely used on flights to Antarctica.

The 300 A380 Plus’ are used on 600 daily flights between Dallas/Fort Worth and Los Angeles, New York JFK, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, and Houston.

The A321XLRs are used on flights to South America/Western Europe, and Anchorage from DFW.

They’re also used from Anchorage to Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Sapporo, Beijing, Harbin, Shenyang, Shanghai, Xiamen, Hong Kong, Taipei, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Seoul, Jeju, and New York JFK.

The one CRJ-200 is used on flights solely between Dallas/Fort Worth and Dallas Love Field.

Maybe I’ll add more later but that’s about it.

Edited mine. It’s now the last airline in the United States so everyone’s forced to fly them. It should fill up easier now.

Air Canada in the far future: The entire universe, we fly there.

Could you imagine this as a VA based on a medallion system of trying to complete every hub?

An airline that is basically saying every major airport is a hub or secondary hub.

I wonder how the unions will operate…interesting concept, kind of a reborn PanAm.

Can you explain to me how you’d have 50 hubs
