If there was only 1 plane you could fly in IF, which one would you pick?

Because the old one was closed in may 2019, I thought: let’s give it a go:)

If you are restricted to flying in IF except for 1 plane, which one would you choose?
Only 1 plane allowed! :)

Mine would be the A320:

  1. has lots of liveries.
  2. has a working cockpit.
  3. can fly almost everywhere.

(If this is a duplicate, please tell me)

I would choose the 777-200ER

-cabin
-United battleship livery and lots more
-IRF

A321. Because I can fly it with my VA, its versatile, and has live cockpits!

Its just a great plane overall

Mine too!! A320. For same reasons. Can land in most airports.

My only gripe is the autothrottle which seems to occasionally oscillate wildly during ILS landings.

My solution when this happens is to turn off autothrottle and stabilize speed manually.

If the CRJs had live cockpits, I’d choose the CRJ-900 in the new Air Canada Express Livery. But probably as of now, I find the Air Canada A321 nice.

Nice picture!

Thanks! I posted a feed yesterday evening with some more pics. It was a landing after Gatwick and decided to add an extra image here :)

I would use the 787-8, can fly to a lot of places, can do long medium as well as short haul.

The 737 and 777-200ER when they get reworked. They’re such nice airplanes and fun to fly!

Hmmm… B737-800

  1. Great Performance
  2. Nice routes
  3. I know the aircraft very well in terms of realistic SOPs
  4. oh and of course that possibility in the near future - if you know what I mean, you know. If you don’t, you don’t :)

When reworked, I might change the A320 for the 737 indeed :)
