Hi guys so my IF has a problem, when I open the app a blackscreen shows up then my IF crashes. Please help my device is a Xiaomi Redmi 9

Since your phone is 64 bit, there shouldn’t be any issue in regards to loading the app. Can you make sure that in settings (for the phone, not IF), that you are in 64 bit mode and not 32 bit mode?

I have enough space i always clear background apps running and no i do not have updates pending
