Hi, I got disconnected from the global server and I restarted my iPad and then I can’t starts the app because it crashes instantly. This has never happened and my iPad works fine. Could someone please help me?
Never mind, I figured it out by myself, guess no one from support wanted to help me but ok, I guess you guys have other things even though another support thread created AFTER mine already has like 10 replies and mine has 0 but ok it’s fine.

Don’t expect a reply from a staff member or moderator within 15 minutes. Also, I don’t think normal members were able to help you with this problem.

As @MaximV said, patience is key. Not all of us can solve certain problems like these. And if You figured it out Yourself, then what’s the problem?

Same thing happened with me . Sometimes the graphics fructuates and then the game crashes and whenever the server goes out my game always crash .
I was told by the mods that
Either the device has got a problem
The server is crowded
And if your device is good(technically) then regular regular restarts , clearing catche at a regular interval helps .

I deleted the app, re-installed it, and logged in, and it works like normal now.
