IF Pro subscription not working and can't sign in

So yesterday my IF pro subscription renewed but I couldn’t get access to my account after. When I try to log into my account, it gets stuck in the please wait screen. I have tried to restart my iPad and even delete the IF app but it still doesn’t work. I also tried it with my 2 devices being my iPad Air 4 and my iPhone 13. When I accidentally logged into IF with a VA account, it works fine. So with this logging in problem, I can’t get access to my pro account.

Might be best to email the IF team regarding this
