Why is IF passengers “custom announcement” option button faded, and how can I use it?

In short, Infinite Passengers support is not provided on the IFC because they are not active here.
I’m aware of that, I created the topic to see if any community members knew the answer who use it.
I would actually move this into #thirdparty if I were you.
