If operations and assistant not working

Hello (againšŸ˜…) some issues with IF

Iā€™m starting a flight and I use IF operations and assistant, i have enabled the connection, my engines are switched off, tried everything that the settings said, restarted my ipad twice

And it still does not work, any advice?

Yes i do, i tried switching them on and off and back on to see if that helped but nothing

i also re-downloaded both if assistant and operations to see if that helped but it didnā€™t

For IF-A and IF-O to work, only ā€œEnable Infinite Flight Connectā€ needs to be checked.

Try a different Wi-Fi network.
Something seems to be wrong in terms of the network connection.

I think they stop working once you exit IF after starting a flight

Iā€™m on the network thatā€™s the closest to me, i came back off holiday this morning and it could be adjusting to the network even tho itā€™s been fine other times
