IF on Microsoft store and/or PC

Is IF available on the Microsoft store? It would be a blast!

No, it isn’t on the Microsoft store but I’m pretty sure there is a way to play it on a computer

At the moment, and far into the foreseeable future, IF will only be available on mobile devices. This is intentional on the part of the developers. Trying to make it compatible with computers and the entire world of computer add on systems is not a path the IF developers want to chart, nor should they. IF is arguable the best mobile sim on mobile, given all factors, but it comes nowhere near PC sims. The developers have stated time and time again that they foresee no advancement into the world of computer sims for IF. If you disagree, that’s okay, but it really isn’t like to change, so saving your money and getting Xplane or MSFS if you prefer PC is the best decision. Hope this helps!

If you are referencing bluestacks, this is an emulator platform, arguably one of the best, but at the moment IF is not playable through that, nor is there any effort being made to make it so. I don’t know if other emulators exist that do work, but there is no guarantee and as that isn’t IF’s goal, there isn’t really any support

I use Samsung dex. Just install it on your computer and plug in your Samsung phone. (Only s series) you can control the plane using the keyboard on the computer!

It isn’t, and officially would likely never be on PC ever. You can play it through emulators like bluestacks on computer though.

IF crashing on launch in bluestacks

Anyone good in coding can try running this script or any custom frida script on bluestacks and hopefully it works and rooting bluestacks is a pain so hopefully try with some other emulators like MuMu player 12 easy to root and android 12. It doesn’t truly support IF. You can’t play it through that.

I don’t know, this might actually be a viable option, the only thing is you’d still be using your phone to control everything

You can use a joystick with IF by using mapconnect
