The update came through on my Amazon Fire Phone last week, but when I ran it, I got this message:
“Could not restore products, check network or account settings.”
When I bought the app through the Amazon App Store, I proceeded to purchase almost ALL the aircraft (except the Embraers) and the major map areas, which set me back at least $80.
Now, the maps I bought all seem to be intact, but all the planes are gone!
Some people have posted screenshots on the Facebook page which show a “Restore Purchases” button on the plane & map selection screens, but my version doesn’t have that.
I don’t know how to access the account or network settings (probably because I didn’t subscribe to Live), so if anybody has any ideas, your help will be greatly appreciated!
