Device: iPad (9th Gen)
Operating system: iPad OS 17.6

I have observed numerous glitches in the game since yesterday. Despite deleting and reinstalling the app, I continue to encounter issues. During gameplay, the game frequently freezes, necessitating an exit to resolve the problem temporarily. However, the glitch reoccurs shortly after, requiring repeated intervention. This has resulted in a frustrating experience over the past two days.

It sounds like these issues suddenly started accurring.
Did something change yesterday?

The app needs a stable Internet connection to work properly.

Sometimes a VPN is known to cause issues.
Did the network you are using at the moment start using a VPN?

There are also some other things you could try yourself:

  • restart/reboot the device to see if that makes a difference
  • check the network connection by running a speedtest tool like https://www.speedtest.net/ and post a screenshot of the results
  • try a different (Wi-Fi) network, to see if that helps

Did this issue start occurring after installing one of the iOS 17.6 Beta builds?
