IF getting crashed, ATC operations not getting counted during session

I was staffing Ground frequency at EGLL on training server for around an hour and half when suddenly my IF crashed, and it didn’t counted the operations during that time. Then i again restarted the app and switched to the same frequency. After 10 mins i guess, all the aircraft in my frequency disappeared and i was returned to my IF’s homepage. None of the operations have been counted for my IF account.

Replay file showing duration 00:00 but when I’m playing the replay file its showing all the operations.

Device- iPad Pro 2021 running iOS 18.3.2
Region- India

The operations should get counted, they just show up to your account delayed. If any appeals team members are around, they are able to confirm if your operations are on your account.

That’s a known issue. When the app crashes the duration shows 0 minutes despite it being more in reality.
