**Operating system - iPadOS_18.3
I’ve been flying for a good 7 hours flying over Canada and all of a sudden I come back and my iPads off so I turn it back on get back in the flight.
Then all of a sudden it crashes not even a minute later didn’t think to much of it got back and and it crashes within a minute of me getting back on.
HELP ME
I just started having the exact same issue 15 mins ago. I’m on an iPhone 15, iOS 18
Having the same issue here on an iPad 9th Gen iPadOS 18.5
Same thing happened to me like 30 mins ago.
When it happens for y’all, does the wifi connection in the top right corner keep changing right before the crash?
Yeah, it keeps flickering between the green tick and the red exclamation mark. On further examination, it looks like the wifi connection is fine, but there are some issues with the global server, and that is what is causing the flickering.
Yeah that’s what it says for me too.
Same thing keeps happening with me! Really annoying.. I’m using an IPhone 13.
I’ve been back on for a while haven’t crashed but the global server is down
Same issues with me on iPhone 14. Actually can’t even load into the app anymore.

Yes it has happened to me as well. Showing “global server” connection failure and the app kept crashing. Tried restarting the app and device to no success.
I use iPad Air 3, iPad OS 18.5
Try uninstalling it and install
If it’s a multi-device issue that just appeared a local fix may not do the trick.

It happened to me here as well. Are there any solutions yet? I hope they can fix it before my landing four hours later.
I tried restarting the device but it did not work.
It just happened to me as well. This glitch happened a couple months ago. No clue why it hasn’t been fixed.
Same issue. Tried restart, uninstall, nothing works
So it’s an old issue? Surprised to hear that, cause my flight yesterday was fine.
