So during my flight from Madiera to Bristol, i had commenced my decent, just engaged APPR Mode, opened the nav screen to check other traffic, joining the ILS path at a good angle etc and the whole page locked there. Pressed the menu button, it locked me there.
I tried to press resume, weather, Time but no response at all. I could still see the aircraft intercept the ILS but i had to abandon the game. So ive lost XP and time out of my life ha.
Luckily you would have hardly lost any XP.
XP and flight time are accumulated throughout the flight and are updated regularly.
As for the partial freeze; this doesn’t sound like anything that has been reported before.
I’m sure you’ve already done this, but please reboot the device just in case, to see if that helps.
It does make me think of the issue where the ATC menu switches to full screen, without any way exit it.
It might not have anything to do with this specific issue, but if it is related, could you try locking your screen to landscape, so that it won’t accidentally turn to portrait while flying and see it that helps?
Also please share a screenshot or even better a screen recording of the issue.
Unable to exit the screen unless I call final or inbound ect, if i do make a call it disappears, but if i need to make another request or advisory its back to full screen.
